Janeine’s lifelong dream of owning a childcare center has come to life through Little Arrows, where she sees children as the most important investments we can make. Her philosophy is inspired by Psalm 127:4-5, as she believes that children are like arrows guiding the future.
Jasmine Fail
Administrator & Corporate Director
Jasmine has over 10 years of experience in childcare and holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education along with a Director’s Certificate. Relocating to Cincinnati in 2022, she is passionate about shaping young lives and equipping children with essential skills for lifelong success.
Joel Williams
School Age Administrator
Joel is passionate about helping school-age children develop essential life skills while encouraging their curiosity and growth. With a focus on both education and character building, Joel strives to create a stimulating environment that fosters independence and confidence.
Sharon Wilson
Management Team/Floater
After a 40-year career in corporate, Sharon found her true calling at Little Arrows, where she helps shape young minds for the future. She considers it a blessing to be a part of each child’s journey and is dedicated to preparing them for the world ahead.
Anita Skaggs
Lead Toddler Teacher
With 30 years of experience in childcare, Anita is known for her creativity, patience, and nurturing approach with children of all ages. She has completed her CDA certification, so this promoted her to a center director, while also preparing to become a first-time grandmother.

Mackenzie brings warmth, care, and expertise to her role as Lead Infant Teacher. With her nurturing approach, she is devoted to providing infants with the support and attention they need to thrive in their earliest stages of development.
